How To Use
If you're new to Daily Refresh Balancing Toner, we recommend a patch test at least 24 hours before first use. Learn how to patch test here.
After cleansing in the morning and evening, apply to a facial pad (reusable is best) and gently sweep across the face, neck and décolletage.
